The answer is simple. Always "yes" in principle. That's the easy part. There is a hard part.
It has to "catch my heart". Stories here don't have to be great works of literature. The don;t need to have a moral, nor anyhting else much. Butthey need to catch my heart. So there is a risk that I will say "not this one" to anyone who submits something. That's not rejection. That's just that this one failed to catch my heart.
There are some things that turn me off totally. Those are to be avoided like the plague:- Dimensions of genitals
- volumes of ejaculate, especially improbable volumes
- The main character intorduced up fron the the first para "I am Fred, 6'7" tall, brown hair, green eyes and gay as a window"
I like people to be introduced gently, and the scene to be set well. And no, I haven't always done that too well myself. But I was exploring how I should write.
So, if you are willing to risk it, then go write ahead. It's not a big risk.
The thing I don't do is to critique or edit.
