(if you celebrate it, that is.)

i am going as a hogwart's student (ravenclaw house). the tie is blue/black, not blue/silver (or bronze as per books) but you know, i have no budget to work with, heheh.

here's some pictures:

and:

i tried to get full pictures but the lighting didn't work, and i'm taller than the range of camera (and the further back i stood the darker it was). at any rate it's all pretty much book correct, except i'm wearing pinstriped pants because i don't have plain black ones, and the cape is actually an ankle-length hooded coat (aka has sleeves). still, tomorrow night should be fun.

what is everyone else's plans?

and yeah .. i'm back. kind of. nervous to be. being here again brings back good memories and sad ones. but i'm unable to sleep and you know. i'm human and can stay away for only so long.

my void does not want.

oooo hallow'een party in the students union! you should see all the scary people!! and thats before they dress up though!!

lol, i've never seen the union so packed out. thing is, many people didn't bother coming in a halloween costume. some, like me, had no costume, (but i dressed up gothic) others just dressed in any fancy dress, which was somehow scarier. imagine seeing a napoleonic soldier, 4 santa claus, a group of boys in tutus and George Bush and TOny Blair in the midst of all the vampires werewolves and witches. (i also saw a Jedi, 4 ghostbusters (but no ghosts) 2 flintstones, a fairy and superman)

You know who you didn't see there? you didn't see John Kerry. You know why you didn't see John Kerry? Because he's busy getting ready to be the next president of the united states and not spending or rather wasting his time at parties. You also didn't see Paul Martin (prime minister of Canada.) and that was probably because he's trying not to remind the canadian people of all the money he's screwed them out of by going to yet another party somewhere in the world on the taxpayers dollars.

Oh my i think my political opinions are showing. I better stop.
