Please cna you post to tell us:

What timezone you are in

Whether the board speed is improved, just the saem or worse thanit was a week ago.

We have made some subtle changes, and need to knwo the outcome, which, oddly, is timezone dependent, we think

cheers,

to be exact: it depends on the timezone that you have CONFIGURED in your profile on this board

I'm in Australian Eastern Standard Time (Victoria) according to the board, although right now I'm really in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Tasmania). It seems like it may be running a little faster, but there is a chance that is just a placebo effect.

Definitely much improvement. For a very long time it has taken up to 30 seconds to load the board (dead slow on my cable connection) now it loads in a few seconds. What ever you did, Thank You.

Time zone is Eastern Europe Standard time, or GMT +2 however you want to put it.

The fact that it is 1:15 AM here may have something to do with it but it is quicker that I have ever seen it here in the eastern US.

The weird thing is that the odd element was the date/time stamp which php handles in a very odd manner indeed

While we had an uncapped cpu this was not an issue, but when they capped us we started to have issues we couldn't trace. Now megaman has modified the code and indeices to make it fly again.
