Mainly for those who know me more, I guess.

But anyhow... Based on my posts here and the things I say and how I say them on MSN (and YIM) would you say that I'm... innocent?

No.

Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

Not innocent. Naive.

I shoudl qualify that.

If you mean emotionally, then I do mean innocent. If you mean sexually aware I say not innocent, but naive. I use the word for its literal not its perjorative meaning

Yeah, sexually I'm about as innocent as something... paticularly non-innocent and even I, being a captain of a Feluca in deNile (a Feluca is a traditional Egyptian sailing boat. I took a really cool photo of one when I went to Egypt four years ago as the sun was setting behind it. It was a really awesome one of those 'once in a life-time' moments but my camera died due to the heat. A lovely and random story based on a really random and wierd analogy) can admit that.

But no, I didn't mean sexually as that's a bit of a no-brainer.

Inexperienced, yes...in the emotional arena, i mean. But your feluca has been launched, you've already weathered a storm or two, and you're caught in the grip of the current of experience. Now it's a matter of mastering the sails and moving onward. The harbor is forever behind you.

its amazing how far we can stretch anologies... lol

its a hard question to answer... naive certainly, in many ways, innocent is a harder one. a true innocent is someone who knows and percieves no evil, so everything in the world seems good to him, and he is perpetually happy. (thanks to David Eddings) i think very few people would qualify as that, innocent in thought speech and deed? no... i would have to say mostly no, you are too aware, to conscious, and you think to much about your actions, you consider possible implications, that for certain reasons what you do may be seen in a bad light.
