Is it wrong to feel like something has been "ripped" from you, even though it wasn't yours to have?

Can you be specific? Or is it too private?

I dream of boys with big bulges in their trousers,
Never of girls with big bulges in their blouses.
…and look forward to meeting you in Cóito.

No. From my own experience it is natural. John was never mine to have. I have always felt he was ripped away form me. And I ended that feeling by real grieving, once I worked out how to grieve.
Just process it and resolve it

You can let the possibilities life has to offer slip by for any of a thousand reasons.
But you can not loose what was not yours to begin with.
People need to set goals and do what is needed to achieve them.
People need to grasp for the brass ring.....
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

Brian, I hurt when I know you are hurting. It is never wrong to "feel" whatever you are feeling. imho. You are loved.

I've been thinking about how to reply to your question.
Sorry it's taken so long, but it took a lot of thought.
It's a bunch of everything that led to the question.
Things not going my way, loss of friends, being alone,
not getting anywhere, etc.. Everything seemed to build
up all at once.
Just think things could be easier.

Well, yes. That part is kind of up to you. "If it's to be it's up to me". Now who said that? Itsl true of course. But trite.
You're getting there oyu know. But grasp opportunity with both hands and make it work for you now
