"In a Heartbeat." What a wonderful surprise! I haven't read it yet and may not until I'm in the mood for something special and beautiful, as all of Jamie's stories are.

Thanks Jamie.

I can't believe it!

It is just sooooo good to see this. Unlike Comsie, Jamie hasn't gone for good.

In time to come young man, if you read this, be very sure that we love you and your stories so very much. You made my day.

He has no net access from his new home, and a pretty cranky phone line by all accounts. And, to be fair, they are very busy. But one cannot work all the time. And so some of his small spare time is devoted to writing.

I think recreational riding has now become work, though. But I doubt that spoils being on horseback at all.

So no, he has not left us. It's just that he doesn't get to interact with us. And I know fine well he misses that most dreadfully. So many friends he could not wish goodbye to in person.... With luck he will return online one day. Though my real hope is that he finds the young man of his dreams and rides into the sunset hand in hand.
