Sammy is right, timmy I apologize. I did lose sight of one very important point in this entire discussion. This is YOUR board. You should be able to enjoy the time spent on your board, and it should reflect your views. I was completely out of line to expect otherwise.

You have absolutely no need to take any of this as personally as you appear to be doing.
Several things spring to mind, the most important od which is that my views do not hold sway. Counter views, well expressed have perfect validity. I have no issues with providing a place where my own views are in the minority. That, too, is fun.
What I don't hold with is points of view being forced. I don't hold with cheap shots (do note that I am speakng very generally, not directly to you persoanlly here), I don't hold with prejudice.
As an example, if we revisit breifly the vidoe, you will see a number of times that I hold the firm opinion that it does the USA no disservice and North Korea a great disservice. It, too, is an example of prejudice, but is it an NK prejudice against the USA, or is it perhaps US made to attack the USA apparently form NK and thsu to give NK the bad reputation. Matters like that intrigue me. That is what is awesome about it - th epower it has at so many conflicting levels.
Here it is always the person that is welcome. Most bad behaviors can be left at the door. Those that cannot can easily be apologised for. I have never, I hope, criticised a person here, only a behaviour. I only criticsed the behaviour of the man I was forced to ban, never the man.
So don't make these your final thoughts. INstead realise that your views matter as much as anyone else's. We never have to agree. We don't even need to understand each other. We don't have to be friends, nor do we have to be enemies. But we should be able to stand in the same room and speak to, not at, each other and do so amicably.
And I say this to each of us, though it appears to be to you yourself. The reason is that this place has to be civilised. We can all make errors of judgement, of course we can. Sammy makes this point very well about brothers fighting. Except a fight is not what is ever called for.
To you, personally, Shawn, if you choose to go, go with a good heart. If you choose to stay, stay and be welcome. If you leave and later return, do so with pleasure. I never beg people to stay and I rarely welcome them when they remain ir come for the first time. It is not a place, if it is a place at all, that requires loyalty. It is just here.

Shawn......
Tim is definately on the ball here...... I should know better than anyone here (past, present and future) that what he says here is the way it really is here.
As much as Tim have gone at it I know we will always be friends.... He has been a guest in Kevin's and my home. One day soon we shall invade his as well.... (do you think I should warn him first or just come a knockin?)
I am prowd to call him my good friend.....
Well,,,,,,,,,,, so, think about it OK...........
Hope to see ya here......
Your friend too.......
Marc
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...
