we have http://partnermine.com running really smoothly. Then we get the email to aol.com mail uses start to bounce.

http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/421dynt1.html is the message they give us.

So AOL has blocked contractual emails because it decided to. Contractual, note, not spam. And the volume has been trivial, but still they have blocked it.

I post the warning here because AOL may block the iomfats mailing list too.

Oddly, two phone calls today had very different results.

In the US a very helpful lady said it would all be sorted out by noon Eastern time. She failed to give a call reference number. It was not sorted out.

With dwindling hope I called a random UK AOL number. I had to spell everything out to the Indian call centre, but I have a referenc enumber and the promise that all will be solved within 48 hours

Hope Springs!

Unbelievably they probably cured it! They whitelisted me and my mail queue cleared down
