Reported by BBC News on July 25th 2005:
"A sculpted and polished phallus found in a German cave is among the earliest representations of male sexuality ever uncovered. The 20cm-long, 3cm-wide stone object is dated to be about 28,000 years old. The prehistoric 'tool' was reassembled from 14 fragments of siltstone. Its life size suggests it may well have been used as a sex aid by its Ice Age makers."
20 cms is about 8 inches and 3 cms is about 1 1/4 inches.
The paradox has often been noted that the United States, founded in secularism, is now the most religiose country in Christendom, while England, with an established church headed by its constitutional monarch, is among the least. (Richard Dawkins, 2006)

Never of girls with big bulges in their blouses.
