I need a word that works in pretty much all cultures, at least those whio speak English, either as a first of a seocnd language
I want it to convey "Hot" or "Fit" or "Sexy". It needs to be applied to male and female alike.
I know, for example, that "Fit" does not work. And I don't want to use "Sexy". And "Hot" is already in use at hotornot.com
So I need some help, please.

Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

... or were you looking for one-syllable words? I'm afraid that I don't know much modern slang.
By "hot" already being in use -- do I take it you are planning on registering a domain of some sort?

The paradox has often been noted that the United States, founded in secularism, is now the most religiose country in Christendom, while England, with an established church headed by its constitutional monarch, is among the least. (Richard Dawkins, 2006)

I thought about it but it seemed a bit too feminine oriented.

In the sense "visually appealing" I think I usually use the word 'stunning' - for both sexes.
In the sense of "that guy is someone with whom I would gladly have casual sex (if I did casual sex, which I don't)" I have been known to use the phrases ' a total turn-on' or 'totally lustworthy'.
"The ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral, begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy. ... Returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night devoid of stars." Martin Luther King
