The paradox has often been noted that the United States, founded in secularism, is now the most religiose country in Christendom, while England, with an established church headed by its constitutional monarch, is among the least. (Richard Dawkins, 2006)

Now that one is hard. Unless, like all good quizzes you know the answer. That is one heck of a figure for a fella!

Going to offer a clue? It does seem rather obvious that this famous gay is a singer, though

OK - 'cos I'm a kind-hearted, generous guy when I feel like it.

She was he: he became she.

So not only gay, but transgender. Actually I find this area highly confusing. "he" is now a lady. Does this mean that "he" was gay, or was "he" simply obeying "his" natural inclinations as a transgendered perosn to be a partner of a man?

I know I have seen her perform and I know she caused quite a stir when doing so.

Another clue, then:

"He" was Yaron Cohen; She is Sharon Cohen.

Vive le Google!

The thing is, that is still not the answer. We need the name by which she is known and a little but about her.

A few years ago she caused a great furore in a competition simply by being both transgendered. Hardly surprising because she was slinkier and sexier than a girl born in her own skin.

Dana International - Israeli winner of the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest.

More at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dana_International

Can I surrender my turn, please? I don't have time to do the neccessary research for at least the next week. Marc missed a turn recently, didn't he? - he's welcome to this one if he wants it.

I'm afrade I'll have to pass for the moment.....

I just went into auction mode and I will be bogged down for the next 5 days......

You really have to keep a close eye on these things or the competition will slip thru and out bid me......Surprised

Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...
