Is this some sort of code or insider information?
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

Deej uses http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notion_%28slang%29 etc in his signature.
Much like the "Code talkers" this language could be used in clear transmission during WW2 and no-one else could understand it. Probably not even the recipient.

To clarify, it's a deliberately cryptic joke question asked at the College notions test at Winchester College until about 2000.
>What is the inscription on Win: Co: Do: Co: Ro: Fo: No: Bo:?
The Win: Co: Do: Co: Ro: Fo: No: Bo: is, as any fule kno, the Winchester College Dons' Common Room Football Noticeboard.
(Or possibly, though it seems unlikely as I think it is unlikely that one exists, the Winchester College Dons' Common Room Lavatory Noticeboard. Fo, as the abbreviation for "foricas", in turn the Latin for lavatory, is frequently used instead of "loo" within the school.)
The answer is "out of order", though why that should be I am not quite sure. It's definitely the right one, though.
I have to tell you, though, that the answer to the current question is pretty random. You may need to consult an old Collegeman for the answer.

I ought to add that while the questions were peculiar and had no genuinely useful content whatsoever, the test was taken very seriously.
I wrote an account of what actually happened at the College Notions test (known simply as Notions) on: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notion_%28slang%29
(Note that this applies to College, the scholars' house, only. The commoner (full-fee) houses never had quite the same thing.)
Unfortunately I think College Notions has now been discontinued. It was one of the last points at Winchester, and possibly at any school, at which boys were given permission to get up to just about anything they wanted. In these litigious times, it's hardly surprising (though depressing) that the school banned it.

Now I know why I stuck to Eggar's and not Peter Symonds; these Winchester types are nutty ;-D
