I think it's because we have a more developed sense of style......

Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

If you were gay after the meal you were gay before as well.

I guess I'm a statistical anomaly.

Why do gay kids learn to cook?

Because they probably won't have a wife to do it for them in later life.

Dear Brian, I think you'd better start planning your tour!
What about reindeer meat with wild herbs, berries, chanterelle ..

I love cooking. But I like food. I learnt what I know watching my mother cook whilst I did my homework. Gay is incidental, surely?

Chasing reindeer in speedos!
Why do you want to put on speedos?
I'm really looking forward to this!!!! ;-D
(We'll have to do it in the summer, though, and you'll have to be marinated in mosquito oil!)

The only incindental thing about being gay is the fact that you are bound to meet incindental gays.

My mother was always too busy - I learned to cook from hanging round my grandmother. As did my (straight) brother and sister.

Perhaps because of this, I've always seen cooking as an expression of love - either in the sense of self-esteem (taking care of myself by "eating well"), or as a caring nurturing preparing of food to share with friends, family, loved ones.

The biggest compliment I recieved last year was about food. My ex, who is now living in California & married to a californian woman, was visiting London for a couple of days and we met up. He's now vegetarian / largely vegan. I asked him if he ever foud it difficult - he'd been an enthusiastic carnivore while we'd been together. His reply was that the only temptation that he would probably give way to would be if he was offered one of my Sunday lunches of roast chicken and all the trimmings ... food, certainly, but possibly also a metaphor for some of the time we had together!

Well I figured reindeer = cold, cold = no swimming, no swimming = no speedos, no speedos = no fun.
