I was listening to the radio this morning. There was a commercial for a foreign languages school - you know, Berlitz kind of thing. (Actually, I think it was Berlitz.) Anyway, the advert was a skit on how translations from one language to another can be treacherous for the uninitiated. [Deeej, should that be 'traitorous'?] So their 'mistranslation' into English of the original sentence "are foreign languages difficult for you?" was rendered: "Do you get hard on foreign lips?". I can't wait for their next commercial.
