Although we are both "Children of the '60s", Tim and I do have our differences. For example: I'm a Beatles fan, he isn't. Be that as it may, I shall now put "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" in the CD player and sit here watch these dazzling stars.

I obviously need to get a life, don't I?

Actually, Charlie, if it were a choice of "American" bands, I might opt for the Jefferson Airplane.

Yes, I do; but that's a tad too "diabolical" (for those of you who don't recall, Mike Oldfield's "Tubular Bells" was used as the "theme" music in the film "The Exorcist").

If it must be an instrumental from that period, how about "Classical Gas" by Mason Williams?

Thunderbird was an excellent wine popular in the sixties and early seventies. Did I say excellent? I meant cheap (as in excellent), usually less than a dollar for a gallon. But great to take to the beach. Aaaah, memories of climbing down the cliff in the dark, getting to the fire where about twenty or thirty aged anywhere from a couple years to sixty and drinking, smoking, dancing, playing guitars and bongos, and generally chillin. The time of free sex, cheap drugs, and cheaper booze.

Hugs, Charlie
