Hmm... Absolutely no idea.

Googling came up with the name Dave Moffatt, but that would be a wild stab in the dark. I couldn't find any confirmation that his father was a singer-songwriter, however (only a manager); nor does he look much like that photo.

Do you need to be Canadian to know this?

After convincing myself there was no way I'd possibly know the answer to this one, it was completely obvious after all.

Just goes to show that Google doesn't know everything (at least, if you don't feed it the right data).

I could plead insanity: it's not always easy for us Europeans to know where the USA stops and Canada begins...
