I was wondering if you and/or Kevin liked Vidalia Onions and if you would be able to find a proper use (as in cooking) for a 10 lb. bag. I'll be coming up in May and they'll be in season.

Vidaelia Onions are sweet and juicy...... just right chopped or sliced for a hot dog or burger.....

Roasted they make the key ingredient for onion soup.....

sliced and ringed they are dipped in tempora style batter and fried to a golden crispness.....

In short...... YUMMY......

and we would appreciate it enormously.....

Timmy,

a vidaelia Onion is only grown in one place. there is something about the soil there that produces a really sweet Onion. This place is Vidaelia county Ga. Now I know there are people growing Vidaelia Onions in calif., these are Vidaelia type Onions. A true Vidaelia Onion can only be grown in Vidaelia County Ga. I like to cut the onion in quarters, pour italian dressing on them and eat away, thay are delicious.

Ok, did that help Timmy
