It is when we (first person plural) nitpick, and pull at the fabric of someone or something using strong enough emotions to strip paint, that I get upset.
We are all adult enough to be able to set squabblinmg aside. When we do not, then it upsets me.

You cannot keep taking the blame for things. I wish you would not do so.
Incidents take two people. One to cause upset and the other to become upset. Choosing not to become upset (in either role) is a skill that has to be acquired.
Stepping back either from upsetting or becoming upset is an essentail skill.

But we must not forget that we are only human and are not all perfect and
we all make mistakes that is what we call the learning curve.
What it comes down to is that we all have different levels of understanding,
which is what makes the human being what he is .(superior).
