I hate it when people who do a documentory (a) either dont know what they are talking about (b) say something that wont upset certain people. I watched a show about DeVinci and the statement was made that some people thought that the Mona Lisa may have been his girlfriend. I almost fell off the couch. Anybocy who knows anything about him knows that he was a homosexual. He was busy banging a 13 year old boy. Al of the cherubs in all his paintings had the same face, this boys. How can they get away with this crap. They are supposed to be teaching us the truth but they wind up teaching us stuff that aint true.

When I was a kid of 11 my school taught me that baby chickens are the yolk of the egg, and they east the white before hatching.
Itls really a matter of incompetent people certifying incompetent people as competent.
Some people also say that sweet Mona was a boy.
Now I wonder what the Da Vinci Code critics would make of Michael Arram's "Henry in Finkle Road"? Not describing it. No spoilers please.

Its not only the incompitence, its the fact that he is being made to be straight and robbing gay people of a role model. Straight people are stealing the achievements of gay people. When you look at all the true geniuses the majority of them were or are gay. If it wasnt for us, men would still be living in caves, and mankind wouldnt have figured that E=MC2 and threatedned our intire planet.

Yes, the balance of probability is pretty strongly in favour of the assumption that Leonardo da Vinci was gay - your comment about the cherubs is pretty significant! Anyway, why not? There were a lot of gays in high places at the time. Trouble is, the Roman Catholic Church (among others) is in the middle of an anti-gay crusade. The Italian town of Vinci is simply toeing the RC line. Seems a bit odd, really. The RC Church seems to have protected some of the worst paedophiles of the past century. Then again, it's easy to be wise after the event.
For a' that an' a' that,
