I expect simple behaviours here. Friendship, and love.
Any advice should be from the perspective of the person asking, not the person giving!

It is not my intention, so I apologise if it appears so. Marc, this is an open letter, if you like, to you.

I can say very clearly that I enjoy and respect your posts offering advice and insight to others. I do not always agree with you, which is fine, but I gain a lot from you.

I can say equally clearly that you have some behaviours which are exasperating. I know we all do. When at your moste exasperating you would try the patience of a saint. I know you know this.

I want to say clearly and unequivically that you, the man, are welcome here and always will be. Equally I know you know that the exasperating behaviours are as unwelcome from you as from anyone else.

Be clear. You are welcome here.
