I don't know quite whether I should be replying to Strong Mountain as I think his post is only for you. However, for the sake of keeping the posts together and maximising visibility, this seemed the best place to put it.
If you happen to pop into this forum at any stage over the next few days -- even if you're not able to access your email account -- it would be great if you could quickly reply to this thread to let us know you're all right. There are several people here who are worried about you, myself included.
