Happy Thanksgiving Day for the Americans on the board

And for our English Brothers, Happy Independence Day.... you get to be thankful you don't have the Bush administration.... God I wish we didn't!

Enjoy the Turkey. Enjoy the Football (that American game, not the world's beautiful game). And most of all, Enjoy all the things that make life worth all the toil and struggle.

Cheers, mate!
Cya on the Other Side,
D'Artagnon

It's not the wolf you see you should fear, but all the ones he howls with. Don't be afraid of the song, but don't piss off the choir.

... Can this be one of the rebellious colonials saying sorry?

Seriously, though, for those in the US of A, I hope you enjoyed Thanksgiving Day without too much digestive discomfort!

And if you're a young poster or lurker, look ahead, and remember a Scout Gang Show song -

'For the days, and years that are to be;
For our lives, where everyone is free.
For our work, and happy hours of play,
This is our Thanksgiving Day!'

Thanksgiving isn't just about the good things you've already enjoyed, it's about giving a commitment to try to make this a better world in the future.

If you do that, your British and European friends will fall in line behind you. I promise!

For a' that an' a' that,
It's comin' yet for a' that,
That man tae man, the worrld o'er
Shall brithers be, for a' that.
