It seems in an effort to aid George Bush in hid crusade against Iraq Vice President Chenney (sp) took it upon himself to enlist the aid of 100 Brazillian troops to add to the forces already in place in the mid-east.
Pleased at the innitiative of his second in command The leader of the "free world" excitedly asked.....
