"Tickling and groping are prohibited under the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act of 1927."

I think the Angler Society's wives were suspicious that it wasn't fish they smelled on their husband's hands after a trip to the stream. I'm sure it was the wives who got the law passed!
