I'm falling apart
Tony came to me crying his eyes out tonight,
his family treats him so poorly.
They make me so angry
my baby,
they have been so horrid to him

At present you are doing everything that you can. In you he has a safe haven and can pour out his troubles.

The challenge you face is that you love him. Every hurt he suffers is magnified tenfold in your mind and you, reasonably, wish to avenge him. Instead, comfort him. He has to live there while he has to live there, so make it easy for him to go back when he needs to.
