I admit my ignorance here and so I went to the Dictionary of Gay Terms http://www.aaronsgayinfo.com/Fterms.html to ascertain the answer. They only have a listing for NS which means non-smoking. NSA doesn't appear anywhere in their huge list of gay words, expressions or abbreviations.
The non-inclusion in the above would lead me to wonder if it may be a provincial or local term for your area? Sorry I'm of no help here. I hope someone else here can shed some light on it as I am now interested as well.

I hate men like that, who can just come and go like summer showers and never show any emotion. I have to say but if I am going to sleep with someone then I want to "feel" it. I'm not saying that it needs to be love but at least some veriation of.
