Hey all,

Sorry to hear that your summer is at it's end, Jordan, but ours here is South Africa has just begun. And it is GREAT. We didn't even have a spring it went straight from winter to summer in 12 hours, no lies. It has not rained yet so everyone is getting a bit ill with the flue and that but hey its hot again and I am so excited.

And I think that wit the change of seasons so my life has changed, and new leaf and all that jazz. I just told myself that it is time to start with the positive, so what if you do not have a boyfriend you have your freedom, so what if you do not have the best job at least you have one, so what if you are stressed it lets you know that you are alive and it helps you to appreciate all the small things.
I feel fantastic. And in case any of you are wondering no I do not have a boyfriend and I did not get "laid"... ;-D

I just think that it is time to bring a little positivity to the world we live in. I may not be able to end world hunger on my own, I may not be able to finalise world peace, but I can start by making people smile, and hell if I really try I may even be able to make them laugh.

I noted that there are a lot of you around that are feeling a bit down in the mouth, but do not worry,

The sun'll come outTomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar
That tomorrow
There'll be sun!
Just thinkin' about
Tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs,
And the sorrow
'Til there's none!
When I'm stuck a day
That's gray,
And lonely,
I just stick out my chin
And Grin,
And Say,
Oh
The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
'Til tomorrow
Come what may
Tomorrow!
Tomorrow!
I love ya
Tomorrow!
You're always
A day
A way!

From : Annie

And if that did not help then here is a little pic to try brighten your day.

Luvies to ALL.

Michael

Yeah, a third rate song from a fourth rate play will make all the difference in the world.

Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

Marc, you seemed to have missed the point of my words. It was not the whole world that I wanted to change, but I would be happy with just one person. If it is one person a day, a week or even just one person a month, I would be happy.

And besides it was not the play nor the song that I was trying to act on it was the words and their meanings.

Today may be sh*t as hell, but there is always tomorrow. One makes, changes and lives their own path. Thus if one chooses to live in the dark with no hope and no lust for the light, then one must be willing to deal with all the things that go bump in the night. And trust me some of those things are scary as all hell.

Like a daisy in the warmth of the sun,
Like a mellow stream,
Like a cool summers breeze,
Life is what you make of it.

Day by day and bit by bit,
Not everyone you can please,
But of better things we all can dream,
And Dream I will till the good is done.

Smile I'm sure that it will not hurt as much as you think it will.

Go for it, Tempo!! There is one life you are sure to change, your's. And one can not doubt that those around you will brightened by your happiness.

Indeed, look at the bright side of things; there are plenty who don't have it as good as you. Help them if you can and keep that smile shining; that will be help in itself.

Thanks Jim,

I had never really thought about it that way. But you are right, if I'm happy then it does influence everyone around me.

But thanks, it is always nice to get some positive motivation.
