Try not to be hard on yourself or even disappointed in yourself for chickening out. You need to feel comfortable and "in the moment" when you divulge something this important. Obviously there was something in the situation that didn't feel right or sit right with you subconsciously. For instance, can you rely on all of these people to keep your confidence and not blab it about the school? What may have felt like cowardice may have been gut instinct. There will be other opportunities.

Jay, remember, if they cant accept that your gay, they were never that good a friend anyway. A real friend wont care, you just are and your thier friend.

Har, har, har! So, did she say how long she'd suspicioned you? She probably figured you were too 'real' of a person to be straight. That's why women say "why do all the good ones turn out to be gay?"
