I havent slept in 2 nights, not one wink... I feel so weak i find myself having to think about remembering to breathe. I am so tired of the limitations that have been placed on me in the last 3 or 4 months.
I can't keep going this. What is it that say about the cure being worse than the illness?
Im going to stop the shots. and the pills...
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

First, inform your doctor of your decision and the "why". Allow him to make alterations in the medications to provide you with a higher level of comfort. After all, the two of you have the same objective in mind. But of the two of you, he has the better chance of providing a workable solution with a positive end result.
Remember, he who treats himself has a fool for a patient.

I dont like taking medicines... I dont like getting shots all the time... especially from someone else...
Ever since I started this ride it has been getting progressivly rougher...
It seems to me that he is trying to find more wrong with me than there was to begin with... which leads me to think he is more the cause than the provider of the cure.

This fool has kept himself alive so far... i felt better before I went to that hospital last summer.

Tell him that. What have you to lose from an open and forthright discussion with him? You can't very well lose his services as you are about to cast those aside anyway. At least give him the opportunity to respond and suggest some alternatives.

Hi what problem is the doctor treating you for.
are you not sleeping because of illness, or that you have to meet a deadline?.
life is to enjoy.

When I have a migrane, my balance is somewhat affected as well as my sight.
I misjudges a step and tumbled.
This migrane has lasted 3 days and is without doubt the worse I have ever had. I took massive doses of a pill provided by my doctor, a pill i hate to take because it is highly addictive... I also took massive amountsw of caffene and it is helping....
I need protein and am going to fix an egg as soon as i think I can hold food down. The crackers I've been nibbling on havent been too cooperative in staying down so far.
I hate the feeling these migranes give me. I get depressed along with the pain. That compounds the whole thing and a spiral into the abyss begins.
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

I have a book of things i'm allergic to... somewhat over 500 items in all.... thats according to the last session with the allergist.
Id venture to guess its a fair assumption that it was caused by food.
