It is apparent to me and others who watch, that this site is not open to all.
there are some who i think have a business interest of some sort in this site..
so much so that there word and only there is the accepted voice.
ie they are story writers or internet buffs.
The interlec demanded by some of the prominent posters is beyond belief.
Doors are slammed closed under the umbrella that you are a trouble maker.
You have two main culprits.
one is Marc who really leaves a lot to the imagination as to where he is on this plane.
The other is Davide who is so well educated he cant see thurther than the end of his nose. (lack all logic)
The third is the ownwer of the site who is frightened of competion of any kind.
Enjoy your confused status?
When people post others watch, when your chosen few attack with venum, the real posters shy away.
life is to enjoy.

You know, you are really becoming entirely unwelcome. The rather weird thing is that you have done it all yourself. You have antagonised, irritated, picked, poked, upset and angered people until you have discovered for yourself that you have worn your welcome out.
I think that's a shame because it is clear that you have issues that you could attempt to solve, and that people here might be able to help with. I have asked you many times how we might help you, what your needs are, what we can do for you, and suggested that you contribute positively. Your post shows that you are in pain of some sort, but gives, as usual, no clue about how you might want help.
You see that is what this place is for: help. It is not for all of the reactions your mainly mildly, sometimes unpleasantly antagonistic posts have provoked. It has appeared from the start that provocation is your main aim, but I have hoped that is not the case. I still hope it
So, Jack, not yet entirely unwelcome, but certainly heading that way, and yet you can retrieve the situation so easily. Behave in a civilised manner, learn to work with others instead of poking them with sharp sticks, and stay with pleasure.
But, if you want an antagonistic reaction I expect you are perfectly able to continue to provoke one.
I'm not going to dignify your comment about me with any form of answer.

Jack what made you so bitter. Has life been that hard on you? Timmy has done a wonderful job of not jumping to every slight and censoring the board till it resembles all the others.

I know it's very tempting, and Jack has made himself a very easy target, but please neither of you, nor anyone else, snipe at him. He has issues, he just can't express them here yet except by being combative.
I've always hoped he will find whatever solace he needs here. I still do. I would just like his behaviour to alter while he sorts himself out

Where I grew up the older guys had a saying..... fuck with the bull and you are apt to get the horn.....
You poke and prod and then bitch and moan when someone pokes back.....
You name me personally (on more than one occasion) prodding me into action.....
If you have some sort of problem with me then just tell me.....
If not, then get a grip.... No one here, myself included, is looking to stir you into a conflict, but it is clear you are intent on shaking the hornets nest yourself.
If you have something to say..... come out and say it..... but you don't have to start a load of shit to get whats bothering you off your chest.
I have nothing against you personally... Play nice for once, you might find you have more friends than you think.....
but I will not just stand by and allow you to slam me with impunity either...
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

Not so much with sharp sticks, but if there's any poking going on may I please be next? I'll be the poker or the pokee first it doesn't matter, as long as I get a turn at the other. Do we take numbers? Is there a line? Oops, I mean is there a queue?

... and try to take the heat out of the exchange.
Let me say that I have no idea who Jack is, except that he's probably British, and not altogether confident about expressing himself. But I do feel that - if my assumptions are correct - he has merely reacted in an entirely understandable way to what he must obviously see as provocation.
Jack, you are welcome to e-mail me if you'd like to. I promise I'll try to be fair, but I guarantee I'll be honest, and if I disagree with you I'll tell you so - in private. If you've read my posts, you'll know where I stand on this sort of thing.
Don't be frightened to be who you are - it's not something you get to choose!

Regrettably, and I do regret it, this goes back way beyond his reacting to apparent provocation. His initial posts were clumsy (aren't everyone's?) but all he appeared to do at the start was to ask what I am sure he felt were challenging questions, but in a way to aggravate a lot of people. And in at least one case with an expressed desire to cause controversy.
While we can discuss controversial topics here, the causing of controversy between participants is unwelcome.
I have tried, some time ago, a behind the scenes dialogue with Jack to try to show him both how his initial behaviour raised hackles and what the place was for. I wish very much that he had responded to that attempt at dialogue.
If you are able to help him and do so by email, or her in public, that would be welcome.
