Wow it's been a long time. Only now upon finding myself back here I realize just how much time has gone by..
Guess it's true what they say: "Time's fun when you're having flies"
Heh couldn't help myself
Anyway I decided that as long as I'm here I might just as well say hello all so..
Hello all! ;-D
Hope everyone is well, no, hope everyone is great, wonderful or just bloody fantastic!
Did ya miss me? (assuming there are still people that even remember lil' ol' me)

Hi Gil. How was the army? Or are you still stuck in it?

And do you have a current boyfriend? Are you out in the army or "waiting" to be?

Since my first b/f (whom I wrote about in one of my last posts here 4 years ago) I had a few others then turned to girls and back again, then I became what you would call a serial dater with someone else warming my bed every other night or so. As of late I lost the feel for it and I'm looking for someone special again...
As for being out in the army - I'm neither out nor waiting to be. I have some friends there who know (most who are too) and for the others it's just none of their business... Though I'm no longer afraid of being out in the army (got rid of my homophobic commanding officer) I find no need to be.
I believe in giving full answers ::-)

It's always worth turning to girls. I believe that every man is, in part, able to enjoy heterosexual sex

No.... No.... not a chance.... never.... no.... ok i'll think about it....
DAMN.... now i'll never be able to sleep again!!!
The answer is still NO.... And thats that.... no no no no no!!!!!
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

I have to concur with Curtis on this one. I spent many years trying to blend in to the hetero lifestyle. That included some half dozen sexual liaisons with the, shudder, opposite sex. In every instance it was my fantasies that enabled me to complete the sexual act. I realize there are men with a bisexual nature but then there are those that are strictly hetero or srictly gay. I think Timmy falls into that happy medium of bisexuality.
You mention having women friends, Curtis. And I think that is something that many gay men are able to do easily. I think it's because the woman feels safe in our company, able to let down her hair, so to speak, without fear of being hit on. I've had women tell me that they feel much more relaxed and open in my company than with my heterosexual counterparts. And it works both ways I believe. It might prove interesting to open a new thread to discuss how many of us had a girl as our BEST friend during our formative years.

Everyone tries to pigeonhole me as bisexual. But look at it another way: Friction is friction and nudity is, initially at least, arousing. Get it up and it tends to stay up. Well, it used to.
A heterosexual guy can enjoy a blowjob from another guy. That doesn't make him bisexual, that just makes him a guy.

I'm still terrified of girls!

They are quite scary! Especially the way they think orally. There's never a moment's peace with one around.
They are pleasantly decorative, though, and flirt nicely.
It's worth a try, just to say you have.

yes an interesting statement,
yes a blow job is the same, given by either sex.
But if you find a guys bodyline a turn on, equally a nice slender girl,
does that make one a littel bit bi.
cause i find both a real turn on.
life is to enjoy.

... however much we dislike labels and pigeonholes, life's a bit difficult without them!
I agree that accepting a BJ from a guy doesn't make the recipient bi, but I'm pretty sure that GIVING a BJ is enough to merit the bi label, even if you are otherwise a studly heterosexual.
Anyway, I think that the 'bi' umbrella covers a variety of conditions. I guess I MUST be bi, because my sexual exploration began with a female (when I was 8!) and ended in a marriage which has endured (so far) for 35 years - but in between (apart from a couple of digressions) it was boys, boys, boys. I loved it, and - if I'm honest - I think that gay sex always gave me the greatest satisfaction. In any event, I certainly didn't choose to be the way I am; I simply followed the pheromones. But once in a relationship I am - and, I think, always was - monogamous and faithful.
I do rather resent the suggestion that females are simply decorative. I admit that I don't really approve of the feminist suppression of the natural role of motherhood, and I haven't seen very many competent female managers, but in general terms the female of the species is the intellectual equal of the male and I see no reason why this shouldn't be acknowledged.
For a' that an' a' that,
It's comin' yet for a' that,
That man tae man, the worrld o'er
Shall brithers be, for a' that.

hey I used to think the same about girls but then I started becoming attracted to them too. I even had a short time I was attracted only to girls - this was of course long after I had already accepted myself as gay (or at least bi) and came out to my family and everything. I was scared as H%^&. After all my mom was put through and went through to accept me for what I was to then come and tell her "Hey mom just forget everything I told you, I dig girls now" She and my sisters would have broken every bone in my body (I have Big sisters )
Luckily that was just a phase and guys came back to lead the charts )
