Dear E J,
It is a scam and when you answer it they will ask for money to release your prize or, worse, try to get you to give them enough details to use your credit cards or other accounts and steal money from you.
There is no chance at all that you will get any benefit from dealing with them. Indeed the longer you deal the more they will be convinced that you are a gullible fool who can eventually be parted from some money somehow.
So don't answer. Delete it and forget it.
Love
Anthony

This postcode doesn't exist according to Royal Mail's own search. Why should someone in London have a Liverpool postcode? Because they don't know how the system works and assume that the L in L70 stands for London. This is phishing.
