The social expectation of presents that puts a debt in ones finances so deep that one ends up getting late fees for bills and overdrawn fees for bank accounts.

Money sucks.

True.

But if I didn't, then I'd probably feel even worse. I like buying presents for family. I just really don't like the amount I spent and what it does to my financial situation.
