Isn't it so true that they always come back to bite you in the ass?
It never fails.
And they never fail to disapoint...
With so few exceptions that they dont even measure on the meter...

Oh dear, Marc,
What has happened?
Maybe I'm lucky; maybe I'm thick skinned and don't notice failings, but I don't feel that about my friends at all. But I do admit that I don't call on them for help often (or ever). But that is because I've been lucky in other ways too.
Before one condemns a friend I think one ought to check that they knew what they did or failed to do would affect you - and how. Maybe they didn't realise or think carefully about the full effect of their action or inaction.
But I'm not defending them if they were wrong.

Do you think you might have offended your friend in some way? Perhaps,
without meaning to, you hurt your friend's feelings? I know you
don't do it on purpose, but sometimes you come across as a little harsh
and judgmental. Maybe you should try and find out what exactly
upset your friend. In my experience friends are far too precious
not to fight for.

Sometimes friends give everything they have and ask for nothing in return. They dont harrass or badger. Sometimes they are so tied up with other things like real estate deals and dealing with mortgage companies, they hardly have time for anything else. Sometimes a friend thinks about you every day, you just dont know about it. Sometimes they are very happy that your love returned, but you just dont know it.
If you stand for Freedom, but you wont stand for war, then you dont stand for anything worth fighting for.

I talked to Roger today and he is bushed. Ill remind him he needs to answer his email. As far as I know he hasnt changed it.

Thanks curtis Im on line now. Marc my email is the same and I did get your email and I will answer you soon. I have been trying to rest because Im struggling between the lender and the seller and hoping to have things settled tomorrow.
