Very interesting. Those involved spoke very confidently about the success they expect; it will be interesting to see what really happens.

I remember reading an article once about an all electric car and it was determined that it was so inefficient that it took more energy and produced more pollutants to create the electricity it used than would the same car with a gas engine.

Perhaps this project will have a better outcome.
