If there are any in the UK that has access to used book stores I am looking for a copy of:

I have looked on Amazon USA and UK.... not in stock in either...

Any help, information, advice would be greatly appreciated

I've looked in Abebooks and Alibris. No luck.

As it seems to be rare I'd do searches in any other such sites I could find: I'm sure there are some.
