A red-letter day for all Israeli Beatles fans.

It has been announced that ex-Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney, will perform in Tel-Aviv's Yarkon Park.

Sir Paul, an acknowledged and out-of the-closet heterosexual, will perform on September 25th. Tickets for standing room 800 shekels and upwards, for seats near the stage 1600 shekels and upwards. (To convert to dollars divide by 3.5 and to convert to £ sterling divide by 7.)

I just thought you might like to know Wink

The paradox has often been noted that the United States, founded in secularism, is now the most religiose country in Christendom, while England, with an established church headed by its constitutional monarch, is among the least. (Richard Dawkins, 2006)

Me too - I was always a "Stones" boy.

I did like the Dave Clark Five for a while.

Never of girls with big bulges in their blouses.

…and look forward to meeting you in Cóito.

But those awful teeth! Though, judging by his site today he had them fixed. Phew Smile. Still cute today, too.

Yep, it was the Beach Boys and the Beatles for me. And I guess I liked the Beach Boys because it was the first live concert I ever went too. Come to think of it, it was the last live concert I ever went too.
