Like him or loathe him, Jerry Springer is investigating his ancestors.

His family's personal fate in the Holocaust is documented.

It leaves me trembling, in part with horror at the inhuman acts, the production line of murder, and in part that we, the alleged civilised world, do not stop genocide in the world unless there is oil at stake.

I can hardly watch this programme. Part of my defence against being overwhelmed is typing this post. Most of my family had the luck, for it was only luck, in part manufactured by my father, to escape.
