It's more been a case of me getting my head around doing it.

The builder is still not finished, he was meant to be here yesterday and today, but he isn't. Allegedly he is coming on Sunday. Yeah, right.

he turned up in tears on my doorstep earlier. I am fed up with being the therapist here. Is it really too much to ask that he finishes the job and gets out of my life?

He obviously has some significant problems. I can only imagine how difficult it has been and continues to be for you. The man needs help and kindness, much like those who come to A Place of Safety, you will get what you want faster by continuing to offer those to him rather than venting your frustration at him, which might just push him over the edge.

Your friends here will gladly lend an ear to your frustration and venting so you have a release; that's what friends are for.

He is a truly nice and decent man. He has just got to the edge. It is impossible to be nasty to him.

His younger son is about to go to jail. he is a truly stupid boy, and easily led. he has a suspended sentence for beating the crap out of someone, and guess what he just did again?

And this is one of the reasons he is in despair
