When I called the dealer they had 2 silver, 2 black, 1 red and the purple one. By the time I was able to get to the shop they only had 1 black and the purple one.

The car is getting about 36 MPGs around town....about 30% better than I was getting.

I have to translate that to miles per UK gallon. I get about 46 of those. I have the auto

Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

I have the auto as well, though the mileage for that and the manual transmission are the same.

Do they sell the diesel version in the UK?

Unless I'm being a klutz there is no diesel version. Thsi IS the new shape Fit, isn't it? Slightly aggressive styling to look like the new shape Civic?

7 speed flappy paddle electronic controlled auto CVT transmission? Remarkably sporty but weird to drive with the gearbox in full auto cox there are no gears? HUGE loadspace for a very small car

Over here it is the Jazz, but same car. New shape released here this month.

Yes it is.

Only a 5 speed over here, and no CVT. I don't think the US ever gets the good stuff as far as cars go.

I have 2 sets of 7 speeds (ordinary and sport mode) with paddles if I choose (you have to be insane to do so!) and full CVT. But the car here is much more expensive. We pay in £ broadly what you pay in $

I used to drive a large Jaguar. Wrecked it and moved to the little Honda. I got mine at a year old with only 795 miles on the clock! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

It's a little tender on roadholding on wet twisty roads, and I wish I could see the front! Aircon is a but weak, but it IS only a baby engine.

Cool car. Hmmmm, can't find the "thumbs up" icon for the message part. I like the purple. It's far more interesting than the ubiquitous silver and white cars on our roads. The paddle shifters are pretty cool, just like driving a Formula 1 car. Enjoy the ride.
