I don't particularly mean speedos, though "trunks" seem to have become synonymous with speedos, but I do mean the brief cut, tight swimwear.

What colour suits the chaps you drool over? Are there different colours that suit different skin tones?

On white skin tones, red is my favourite, closely followed by dark blue. The more tanned the body the darker the colour should be, and red moves ot blue in my preferences when the body is deeply tanned.

With Japanese colouring, white is, for me, the only choice, the crisper the better.

In neither case do I like a tan line. I'd rather have an alabaster body or an all over tan to look at when the swimwear comes off. Unless the gentleman is Japanese, of course!

Indeed, yes, but I've never seen them on a paperclip before

Light blue and red are best for boy-watching. Yellow works quite well too. White you have to be careful with. They can look like undies, especially against white skin. Green is neutral. Navy blue and black are passion killers except in profile. Bright prints have an interest all of their own.

I prefer prints of various colors.

But being all grown up I prefer to look at men....

Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

Dear Timmy,

On a suntan, white, otherwise bright yellow. Sylvia won't let me wear yellow because that colour is the worst for going semitransparent when wet (the effect I was aiming for!).

If you look in my drawers most of them are white or scarlet - and of course all briefs.

Love,
Anthony

Anthony,

If I look in your drawers, most of WHAT are white or scarlet? My mind is reeling...

Dear Brit,

Sorry to be a spoilsport but a jockstrap can't reasonably be called drawers.

Love,
Anthony

If you are allowed to state your preferances, then why am I not?

Both boys to report to the gym after school, where, wearing only the briefest of trunks, they will engage in a controlled fisticuff under Queensberry rules in the boxing ring.

And then let's all get back to playing nicely. With each other or not, as is one's preference.
