I now have a tube planted in my neck because I have had to go on Hemo dyalisis. I have to go in tomorrow and have the tube tunneled so that its perminant and while they are at it they are going to have my viens and arteris mapped. then I have to go Wednesday and have my teeth scraped and thats going to hurt. You would think things would get easier as we get older. On well just feeling sorry for myself.

Roger, I truly sympathise. I too have had to undergo rather unpleasant medical procedures - and there's another one coming up for me in a couple of months. So I know how you feel, and feel with you. There are wonderful blessings in ageing, but there are also a few drawbacks. Suggestion to all the young people here: do not grow old! Wink

Thanks guys and thank you so very much Tor. I managed to make it thru everything and Im still in one piece. Of course there are the twenty places they stuck me trying to start an IV, but they will clear up fast enough. Now its dreading the dentist Wednesday. Thats going to hurt and I know my gums are going to be sore for days after that.

You guys keep my feet on the ground, Thanks

You could do worse than get some homeopathic Aconite and also Arnica for the dentist, both potency "30C". You dissolve them UNDER the tongue. They are tasteless.

Ok, Deej, I know. But if it works then who cares WHY it works ::-)
