I've started posting what I believe to be a good story - my definition is that it is one that catches my heart (not that a good story has any essential other merits, just the heart strings( - but it has some serious punctuation issues and a couple of continuity issues.

The author has given permission to have it edited in any way I see fit. I am hoping for a volunteer!

If you'd like to pass it to me, I'll have a go. Punctuation is no problem; the continuity will be a challenge.

Will do. I think the continuity is minor naming things

Nigel beat you to it, but if he thinks you and he could do a better job together, great. I'll leave that to him to work out with you.

I'd give you my editor's address but his nurses say he's only allowed limited contact and visitors aren't allowed to carry anything sharp into the room.

Does he turn into a mink at opportune moments and escape, though?
