Hey All!

How are ya?

I'm alright. Got myself a new favourite song!

Lady Gaga - Love Games

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bU0MYaXOfjk

It's a wicked song! And I love it.

Next on the agenda, did anyone watch Dr Phil today? Todays show was about whether gay marriage was right or wrong. They had people from both sides of the table, and it was interesting.

Gay marriage, I think is banned thus far in California. Some people are happy about it, some are pissed off. You know I still don't get what's so 'wrong' about the whole thing.

I don't think there's anything wrong with being gay. And I think it's really stupid to judge people because of who they sleep with, sexual preference, gender, religion or whatever. I've said that since forever, and it's still true today.

Marriage is marriage. Whether it's two guys or two girls or a man and a woman, as goes the traditional marriage, I don't think any of that matters. Anyway, I'm not really ranting about this, just stating my view on the subject.

If anyone wants to talk about it, cool.

Talk to you later love. (Don't mind the 'love' I'm a loving person so yah. Anyway, talk to you later.)

Yes, Josh, I agree with you completely. Gay marriage, just like straight marriage, is two people committing themselves to each other. And I don't think any of us on here really understand what harm it can possibly do if two men do it or two women. What is it about religion that makes some people thing they ought to prevent a loving commitment?

Maybe the supreme court will say that it is part of human rights and that religion should be separated from the powers of states to make state laws and then the right may be restored.

I have hopes it will get restored anyway as gradually more and more people are seeing its denial as the straight religious bigots just being selfish. What harm, after all, does it do to them?

Love,
Anthony
