Hey All with everybody.

How are ya?
I'm bored.
And eating supper, as it were.

Nevertheless, I need something to do. I'll probably write a poem, and if said person likes it, good. I don't intentionally write my sad poems. Though I tend to think I'm rather good at them. I enjoy writing what I do, no matter how it turns out.

Blissfully, she takes her hand from her cheek
Only to set it down. Rose petals will fall
She will rejoice, and he will stare.
Men are such fools, but nobody's perfect.
We are not gods, just simple, plain humans.
Whisper roses when humanity thinks it's time
For a change.
Skip. Beat. Murder.
Love is all within the same breath.
His glance is a moment, lasting with the effect
Of smoke on his breath.
Whisper gently, as the moon sets.
Set the glorious night ablaze with fire.
Heated passions are sure to please this painter.
Write upon a golden stair.
The ladies are sure to be happy.
Tonight..

~End~

And that's my poem. It doesn't have a name.
I hope you like it.
Take care. Smile

Josh,

I can always bend your poems to my meaning.

This poem is about love and is a happy one. It makes me want to meet this guy. He seems to be quite a lover. Perhaps you should title your poem "Don Juan", who was a lover of great repute.

"Rose petals will fall" this has to do with aging. We are all getting older, so lets be sure to get our share of love.

"Whisper roses when humanity thinks it's time
For a change."

Again, roses mean youth to me. So roses whispering is like youth leading humanity to a better way. I'm reminded of the final words of Psalm whatever "and the little child shall lead"

"Skip. Beat. Murder.
Love is all within the same breath." -

To me this says love can be painful. We open ourselves to love and we open ourselves to hurt at the same time.

"His glance is a moment, lasting with the effect
Of smoke on his breath.
Whisper gently, as the moon sets.
Set the glorious night ablaze with fire.
Heated passions are sure to please this painter.
Write upon a golden stair.
The ladies are sure to be happy.
Tonight.."

Obviously this is Don Juan, the worlds most famous latin lover.

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
For brothers to dwell together in unity!

Truly fascinating Macky!

I think I'll leave my poem untitled. Leave it to the imagination to come up with a title.

Thanks for the nice comments on it. Smile I must say I enjoyed reading them^^
