It's called CyberNations, the premise of it being you create a nation- trade your resource set for that of others in game and collect and play taxes, basically you run every aspect of your own nation, even joining alliances to protect you in game.

The only reason I bring it up is I play the game and my alliance needs members
I am part of the alliance The Kingdom of Poland we need members and so i thought I could come here trying to recruit some of you my friends...

i used to play Rome:Total War. Similar type of game in which you had control of every aspect of your territories including taxation, infrastructure, military, and technology. The ultimate goal was to become powerful enough to crown yourself emperor of Rome and gain total control of the ancient world.
