Have you "Registered" ("®") as a user of this Messaage Board?
If you haven't, and I understand this is entirely optional, I suspect that's why you do not have "that" symbol, as you have pointed out, that many others have.

P.S. I have attempted to "post" this without having logged-in as a "Registered User", so we'll see whether I, too do not have this same symbol, whereas I would normally have.

Well that didn't work to well. It would appear that whether I log-in, or not, the system does recognize my and assigned that symbol anyway.
