Howdy All,

Hope that you are all keeping well and gearing up for the festive season Smile

It is really the strangest thing of all, but last night at about 02:30am I sprung up in bed from a rather strange dream and the first question that jolted me awake was...

I Wonder How Mark Is.. Confused??

I'm not quite sure who can answer this question, but I do rather hope that someone can.
A few of the newer members here may not know of Mark and some of the longer registered may have chosen to put him out of their mind. However I truly am curious as to how he is doing.

Do any of you still hear from him Confused??

Do you mean Marc or Marek?

Marc is unwell. I spoke to him before he went into hospital in November for some tests. He was very afraid, and I don't know if the fear was speaking or the realist. He said he did not expect to leave the hospital. I felt he was exaggerating because of his abiding terror of hospitals and healthcare. I am hoping for news of him, but I have no street address any more, nor do I have Kevin's working email address.

Oh No...

Well I am really not quite sure what to say here other than to tell him, when and if you do speak to him again, that I send my very best wishes.

Thanks timmy

... later today and see if I can get a telephone number and then make the call.

Unfortuately, as this afternoon is one of two days I volunteer at the local Food-bank, I won't have any word one way or the other until tomorrow at the very earliest.

They moved since Brian knew them in person. But any news would be good. Marc may have outgrown his welcome here, but he is my friend.

... in the middle of the third "brown-out" today in our local power-grid.

I've only just now been able to get on-line, so my telephone calls will have to await the morning when I'll track Brian® down, probably to his workplace I'm thinking because it's been sort of problematic reaching him at home.

I'm certain between he and I that we'll locate Marc and get news of his welfare for those interested.

Would you like Marc to reply to this thread directly, or simply send you an e-Mail message?

Howdy Again All,

Thanks to all for your work in tracking down Marc. I know that we may not have always seen eye-to-eye, however I would like to offer him my warmest regards and best wishes for a full and speedy recovery.

He has been in my thoughts for some time now and I would just like to make sure that he is ok...

Thanks Again.

... and he has agreed to try and locate Marc should he still be residing somewhere in Ohio.

He did say that the last he had heard was that Marc and his partner of many years, Kevin, he believed were no longer together, although Marc's recent illness could very well have brought them together again.

Brian® will post whatever information he is able to obtain directly here, and should a telephone number be found I will make contact directly and report back with the current situation as it may prevail.

He is returned form the hospital tests on altered medication. I have not asked what ails him.
