French HIV / condom use advertising has always been ahead of anywhere else - one of their first gay ones ("Sugar Baby Love") a few years ago was a classic (versions were done in both French and English). It keeps being deleted from places I've got it bookmarked, but it's currently here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9y2THRYONK0 in a pretty shitty lo-res version.

I know it's been posted here a couple of times before, but it's always worth re-visiting.

"The ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral, begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy. ... Returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night devoid of stars." Martin Luther King
