What is the top fashion Eskimo (sorry, Inuit) wearing in his igloo these days?

Sorry, Mac, but the real action in the upcoming Olympic Games will be at the curling and luge sites. Plus a good hockey game goes well with all the ice and snow.

I have to agree with Ray, love the Luge, never quite got the point of curling. Like bowling on ice. I always look forward to the ski stuff, and this year, the snowboarding. Not that I can do THOSE spins and flips on the board. My spins and flips (aka falls) are purely unintentional. :-/

Cycling is the one sport where a guy can shave his legs, wear spandex and bright colors, and be accepted.

OK Ramundo, I gotta confess. I don't give a shit about what sport they are engaging in, I just look at the guys. Max

Max: I confess that I'm a sports nut and the competition gets my heart pounding. But I try to remind myself that the original Olympics were played by nude male athletes (however, there was no winter sports back when).
Brody: winter sports covers up the cuteness with all the necessary cover but just like unwrapping a package, I guess I could tease out the cuties.
Scott: got hooked on curling during the last Winter Olympics Games. There's lots of mind games and lots of Zen in this sport. But may not be able to see much of curling due to the unsportman like conduct of the broadcasting network choosing to show ice skating stuff. Maybe watching the Battle of the Carmens at the Calgary Winter Olympic Games was good but that was long ago.

"nude male athletes"

Oh god Ray,

I assure you...

My wife would never be able to get me away from the television.

I know...

I'm gonna pray...

Oh god, pleeeeze bring back nude male olympics...sumptuous young men in the altogether...oh, god, if you are there, you will surely grant me my request! After all, I have only the best of intentions. I'm only gonna appreciate that which you have created! Amen...Halleluja!

Although I can fantasise about naked Olympics, there are practical reasons against. Men don't want their dangly bits injured as they run the hurdles and woman don't want their dangly bits bouncing up and down at a risk of a black eye in the 100m sprint. Imagine the drag in the men's 4 x 50m freestyle swimming. Shouldn't make any difference in the back stroke unless the capain decides to up-periscope. (lol)

No, Nigel, there are naked runs such as Bay to Breakers in San Francisco and one whose name I've forgotten in Scandinavia (Roskilde) and the men don't suffer at all. There is a muscle (called Dartos, I think) that tightens the balls and shrinks the penis and that's all the protection they need.

I think you'll find pictures on the Google group YMNA. It's free to join.

Love,
Anthony

In high school, I was training for track and field, running several laps at full speed when my jock strap snapped. I felt less constrained and gave myself an extra burst of energy to run faster. I did feel naked despite having gym shorts on which covered up my malfunctioned strap. So first hand experience at running almost nude did not damage me (however, the surprise of having one's jock strap snap could really alter one's finish in a competition)
